Good work! The first week is brutal, you have the physical withdrawal symptoms, the feeling that nothing you do is complete without a smoke, and yet you haven't been at it long enough to gain any real sense of accomplishment to help push you forward. It's tough. Keep up the good work, don't make the past six days be a waste.

Round, how is everyone holding up?
I had a few cigars tonight which reaquainted me with nicotine, but I was amazed how little I could handle. I had maybe half a cigar and felt like barfing my guts out. You all?
