Had to read up before hammering, but I saw nothing there. No one defended him, so he's not a leader; which means he's probably one of the roles set apart from a pair, which makes me think power role, according to my speculation earlier.
Ergo, I don't trust him.

As the sun began to set, drunken rambling was eschewed in favor of more cogent debate.
"So, uh...anyone see that guy over there?"
"Huh? The one who showed up?"
"Yeah."
"The one that hasn't spoken anything other than 'hello'."
"Huh."
"I don't like him."
"WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?!"
"Yeah, me too."
"You know, I'm rather ambivalent, but..."
"Hey, it's not like we know who he is, right?"
"Yeah, fair enough."
More nonchalant assent. Weapons were drawn, and the horde swarmed about a single helpless partygoer. He could have flailed and struggled, but it seemed as if he was not there. But his corpse certainly was.
Hood's Path (Obdigore) has been lynched. He was a Camorran Agent.
It is now night. You have 4 hours to send in your actions. If you did not have a provisional in, I hate you.

No one defended him? So you are of the "those cases were acceptable" camp?

No, but with votes piling up, someone should have tried to derail it.

The point was that the attempted derailings occurred earlier. No matter. Yes, definitely of the Spider's camp, adding weight to the theory that she might just have 2-4 random thugs.

That makes me feel better about my speculation earlier.
4 hours for night; I think we can assume after all the time discussion earlier most people are probably wise enough to send in provisionals.

As the sun rises again, the partygoers wake from their drunken slumbers, hangovers and all, and search for the night's victims. They sifted through the mountain of discarded kegs and bottles, through the smashed decorations, even through the latrine that was in desperate need of maintenance.
Nothing.
Then, found tacked against a wooden post:
"Tsk tsk tsk... silly little Spider got caught in its own web. Did you think the fly would just let you eat him?"
It is Day 2. 31 hours and 59 minutes remaining
17 Players still alive: Ampelas, Barghast, D'riss, Eloth, Emurlahn, Galain, Galayn Lord, Gamelon, Karatallid, Kaschan, Korlat, Liosan, Meanas, Mockra, Rashan, Silanah, Tellan
9 votes to lynch, 9 votes to go to night
Players not voted: Ampelas, Barghast, D'riss, Eloth, Emurlahn, Galain, Galayn Lord, Gamelon, Karatallid, Kaschan, Korlat, Liosan, Meanas, Mockra, Rashan, Silanah, Tellan

I underestimated the length of the game FYI. Shouldn't become a Codex v2, but we'll see.

Interesting; does that mean, like in the Codex, we have certaing roles only being able to target other roles?

Ok, I'm happy to start up where I left off yesterday, especially now that Liosan seems to want to use my voting for him as a slick reason to direct attention to me.
Vote Liosan

And D'riss, Gamelon are suspiciously suspicious as well. Not to mention Eloth himself, who is obviously a weirdo.

If it takes too long I'm going to be tempted to start throwing around some vigs and let it go from there.
It is Day 2. 31 hours and 37 minutes remaining
17 Players still alive: Ampelas, Barghast, D'riss, Eloth, Emurlahn, Galain, Galayn Lord, Gamelon, Karatallid, Kaschan, Korlat, Liosan, Meanas, Mockra, Rashan, Silanah, Tellan
9 votes to lynch, 9 votes to go to night
1 vote for Liosan: ( Mockra )
Players not voted: Ampelas, Barghast, D'riss, Eloth, Emurlahn, Galain, Galayn Lord, Gamelon, Karatallid, Kaschan, Korlat, Liosan, Meanas, Rashan, Silanah, Tellan
I'm gone for a few hours. Won't be around much tomorrow, I'm afraid, so you'll be modless for the second half or so of day (I figure).

Ok, I think this is signalling through smileys. You`ve got the smart bespectacled "leader" and the unknown faction member trying to get through the wall. Those smileys make no sense in reference to what Eloth is actually saying.
The ninja is irrelevant, but the coffee drinking smiley is. I went back and the only other player who has used the coffee drinking smiley was Liosan. Both Eloth and Lio used the "..." for a last sentence trail-off.
OR, if you take the words in front of each "..." you get - "I`m D`riss player hide game suspicious that". "game" would be gamelon possibly. Or he`s telling driss that he`s with him and avoiding suspectability.
There! My reasoning is flawless.
So, um...who do I vote in that case...
instinct alone says
vote liosan
urm, sorry what? :Surprise: .. Anyways, I would've grouped you with hood's path, and I still will I think. You're vote got in late enough it can easily be an attempt at distancing.
When that's said, Hood's Path seems a viable lynch, which is all I need really.
Hood's Path
great reason. he may get lynched.

Liosan, there were only 4 votes on HP when I changed. Why would I "distance" myself from my leader by killing him? It would be a little early to throw someone from my team (leader or partner) under the bus, especially since I had just made a case that I could have tried to push harder rather than just roll over. So according to you, I"m either an idiot, or a pushover <sobs>
And my case suggested to me several possibilities for suspected leaders: Gamelon, Liosan and D'riss. OR, a deflection from HP (yes, I said that in the previous post #281).
And my case suggested to me several possibilities for suspected leaders: Gamelon, Liosan and D'riss. OR, a deflection from HP (yes, I said that in the previous post #281).
I would say that by the fourth vote, HP became the only likely lynch of the day. A vote at the very end of the train doesn't really distance much, but a vote nr 4 or 5 on the other hand is still deep enough in to fool people.
I noticed your cases, and they could easily have been an attempt at preventing the lynch.
I'm not sayig you're "on HP's team! OMGZ!!", but it does strike me as a strong possibility that you're affiliated with him.
Now any other case is a prevent the lynch attack. hmmm.
fairly aggresive player, jumping on and attacking anybody.
vote liosan
Now thats two votes, does that make you the only viable lynch?

While I don't mind the vote, all you did so far was post this one gem
On regard of his post.... If we go a bit further, how about saying that Locke faction and Spider factions are likely to have 5 each, and the same for the 4 men groups, each evenly sized group having mirrored night actions? And if so, who holds the advantage? Locke's faction, for being the only one to go after a 4-man group?
I'm going to leave this here; Ampelas's vote didn't mean much to me, but a further examination of Gamelon's posts suggest he's quietly symping Silanah, for what reason, I don't know.
In this case, I'm going to make a very wild assumption, and
Vote Ampelas
Will explain later.
