Of course, there is a giant list of these in the back of each book...as for the Tennes/D'riss thing, sometimes Tennes is removed completely from the glossary, and in others there is direct reference to it.
Oh, and it's easier to call the newer warrens "Human Accessible Warrens", or "Younger Warrens" (as opposed to Elder, ofc).
