I think lynching korv would fit the mafia pattern. Go after the vocal one on day 3. We would've lynched Fener last game if there had been no reveal. And it's happened time and again, while the real scum were cruising along and laughing. If anything experience has taught me to worry about the people who intelligently weigh in to drive that next oh so obvious lynch train.

As much as I admire Gamelon's balls of steel in the face of slaughter and approve this particular sentiment, I think it's warranted to discuss the 3 kills.

Unless we have a posse of epileptic vigs out there, it seems the killer team have more than one kill, possibly up to three. Now, I can't imagine that if there's 3 killers they all have a separate kill unless it's made that they don't know of each other. TMDI discussions aside, that would mean that looking at the game in the term of "association/dissociation/defense" etc makes no sense. For all we know, the killers have been at each other's throats on thread at some point.

That makes it very hard for us, I guess we have to rely on "general scumminess" and hope that they kill one another by chance at some point. And as for "general scumminess", for me today it's also Korvalain.

I just looked over Anomandaris' posts, and there's a reason he hasn't tripped anyone's wire. I thought I found something and I made an honest case. I'm not sure why you thought I implied finder, Shadow did as well and I said quite clearly I'm not a finder. In the light of 3 kills last night I don't want to screw the thread up again and I'm going to try and avoid getting in pissing matches today. I will say in my defense, that at the time it was as good as any another day 2 case (before Korv jumped in and the thread turned to shit), especially since the other main focal targets of the day, Silanah and to some extent Shadow both also came up inno on CF. You can be mad at me all you want I probably deserve it, but you admit you aren't an aggresive player and if you are town that's part of the problem, you can't sit around and wait for soemone to lead you through the day.

out of the three i would guess shadow as a vig kill and the other two as night kills. After all of that it seemed pretty obvious who was inno and who was being sympish. tellan could have been either way, but korv was pushing everyone so hard it was ridiculous. Added to that if korv is a symp, making his master say he is roled inno on thread doesnt make sense so its mutually exclusive in my mind as to which is scum, and korv spent day 1 pushing driss and day 2 outting half the innos for no reason. That turn around for no reason was beyond risdiculous and yet he spreads blame like its everyone elses fault but his own. my vote stays put, i aint changing it for anything less than a guilty find.

I was trying to be mysterious about the case for the exact reason that the thread blew up and mods got angered. I triggered on it because the case/vote on Gamelon made zero sense to me. When I looked deeper I found what I wanted to see, probably because I wanted to see it. Yeah it was a wasted day, but I'm was not convinced Serc was anything more than a noob trying to be helpful. So people wanted to lynch him to teach him a lesson or whatever, which is just as much a waste.

Wow, just wow. I don't even want to speculate about how many killers versus vigs there are. Hopefully we can extrapolate information from those NKs. I am liking the Korvalain case at the moment, and I still want to lynch off Serc for being stupid, but I agree that we can't punish him for it forever if there's better lynch choices around. It's not easy to get something out of last nights confusion, but Korvalain did seem very pushy to get information about roles.
I can't stay unfortunately, I will come back later for discussion.
