Basically for each of the topics you pick 5 words that you associate with the topic (or think other people will associate with the topic)
for example if the topic was hand you could answer Foot, Finger, Fist, Poker, Claw then when weve collected all the answers you get points for each of your answers that much up with other peoples and the person with the most points win.
