Well, the char I married to the aspiring merchant is female, so no problem there.

Got the daedric quests finished, finished all the achievements and there is still so much to do!

My first time playing last night, started at 19:45 and I only intended to have a quick play to see what the game was like... decided to go explore rather than getting on with the story and found a random dungeon, Black Falls Barrow! After working my way through there I was hooked... 03:10 I had to drag myself away! Goodbye life...

My Orc is leveling so fast I can't keep up. He's a heavy armour, shield and axe wielding young man who've just left his stronghold for the first time. He'll only wear equipment he has forged himself (foreign made weaponry and apparel is known to be inferior, it is known), only drink and eat things he's made himself (his uncle once got poisoned eating lowlander food) and has a hard time trusting anyone who's not another orc.

I'm playing on master and I can just look at the entrance to a dungeon and jump a level.

With the mage I pretty much only gained skill points in battle through destruction and the occasional alteration. With Icarium (I'm great at original names!) I gain points through 5 skills in combat (1 hand, heavy armour, block, archery, restoration), not to mention all the smithing, enchanting and alchemy I need to do to stay alive.

I walked from Whiterun to the Greybeards, and from there on to Riften. By the time I reached Riften I was lvl 20.

Only been playing for a short time. Exited a dungeon to discover a night-time vista of cloud-wreathed mountains, stars framed by aurora borealis and fireflies among the bushes.

Stunning.

It doesn't by default, sadly (you can rename enchanted items to whatever you want) but that heavy armour perk lets you punch all the dragons you want to death. It's one of those ingame milestones everyone should do.

Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Just beat some guy at a drinking contest. Screen faded to black and woke up in a trashed temple at the other end of the map. Classic.

That's an awesome quest. Reminded me of The Hangover.

btw, why did I fast travel to Solitude and there's a dead frost dragon laying upside down in the middle of the street? Good times.

I always seem to get hit by dragons when I'm on my way home with a load of heavy stash after clearing a dungeon or two. So I kill the dragon, and end up with a load of heavy dragon bones I can't carry. If I leave the bones, the dragon disappears when I return - so instead I find myself horribly overloaded, which is a total pain in the ass.

I should really stop going it alone all the time, and bring the horse, or wife or someone.



Now I just want to punch dragons to death...

I got so bored with dragons attacking me every time I fast travelled to Hogwarts that I formed them into a giant penis shape in the landscape below. It was painstaking. I would have taken a screenshot, but, er, they then all floated into space.
