Hello all,
I tried searching but can't find what I'm looking for. Thought I'd post this in the Inn because it is a general question. I'd like to know a suggested reading order when taking into account Esslemont's books. As far as Erikson, I believe the suggested order is by date published. Where do the Esslemont books fit in? Thanks!

Night of Knives is several years previous to Gardens of the Moon.
Return of the Crimson Guard is just before Toll the Hounds.

Don't read Night of Knives before Gardens of the Moon though. There is stuff in there that will be spoilers for GOTM and that. However, there is stuff in there that make The Bonehunters make more sense, so I put it before that one... This is my personal suggested reading order.
Gardens of the Moon
Deadhouse Gates
Memories of Ice
House of Chains
Midnight Tides
Night of Knives
The Bonehunters
Reaper's Gale
Return of the Crimson Guard
Toll the Hounds
But that's just me.

A Haunting Poem
I Scream

We all Scream
For I Scream.

For I Scream.

I started one in the HoC part of the forums. Beware, possible spoilers if you haven't read up to there. But I asked the same thing as well as some other stuff concerning the Bauchelain and Korbal books.
Some good info in there.

I still heart Goodkind.
