Were the whole multiverse created at the same time or are there older worlds? Maybe the K'chain Che'Malle came from one of these older ones.

And who created the different species? Or did they evolve from tiny, tiny, tiny.... you know what I mean.

And the elder gods are obviously older than this world, but who created them?
