Mushy's Stan Trip Any tips?

So Im thinking of doing a bit of trip in late novemberish.

Starting in Islamabad heading up to Urumqi via Karakorum highway. Down to Almaty and then through the other Stan's to Tehran. After that head over to Cairo and from there either go to Casablanca or Nairobi not sure with that bit.

Does anyone live in these parts of the world or travelled and has any tips?

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
