Malazan Empire: Mason of High House Death? - Malazan Empire

In GotM near the beginning of the book when tattersail plays the DoD. It reveals the mason. Who was the mason was it Whiskeyjack, Fiddler all the bridge burners. ie that they are going to mine and blow up Darujhistan? Or the peoples conspiring to kill them off? Lorn, Laseen, etc.
Because a couple of pages later Fiddler says

Wonder if i used that quote thing right?
