So, as the topic says, name 5 characters from the Malazan Empire that you think will outlive the series. Of course you may choose Shadowthrone and Cotillion, but that's weak

Aragan is the top of every list. Braven Tooth, Picker, Blend, and probably Toc's latest form but more likely Limp.

Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Ormulogen is the toad critic (I was going to pick that as a username when I joined the boards, but forgot the name and picked "amphibian"). I do not remember the artist's name.
Okay, we know that Fisher, Grub, Nil, Nether and presumably Duiker all survive.
1) The Crippled God (yep, I do not think he dies in the end)
2) Jumpy (successor to Fiddler?)
3) Greymane (will always be around as the oddball Fist)
4) Apsalar (possibly replaces Cotillion?)
5) Tayschrenn (I BELIEVE! I BELIEVE in his getting out of the rent and becoming a major player again)
I survived the Permian and all I got was this t-shirt.
