Only thing I could see on a quick glance that needed fixing was that HoosierDaddy had Games in the Mafia category, whereas lotes of other people had Game.

Dream/Dreams seems OK, but I wouldn't say that's the same as Of Dreams or Dust of Dreams, which are separate IMO.

Fallout =/= Fallout 3
Great Wall =/= Great Wall of China, as Great Wall can have other meanings.

Not sure about Genghis/Genghis Khan though, because no-one else uses the name Genghis as far as I can tell...
