She was, as she's only human, but her self control is a wonder to behold.
If an opinion contrary to your own makes you angry, that is a sign that you are subconsciously aware of having no good reason for thinking as you do. If some one maintains that two and two are five, or that Iceland is on the equator, you feel pity rather than anger, unless you know so little of arithmetic or geography that his opinion shakes your own contrary conviction. … So whenever you find yourself getting angry about a difference of opinion, be on your guard; you will probably find, on examination, that your belief is going beyond what the evidence warrants. Bertrand Russell

However, there are some members we know virtually nothing about. Like what continent they are on or roughly what their age is. I'm mainly looking at Darkwatch here! Is it just me that finds him strangely mysterious?

I doubt the truth of his life can now live up to my expectations unfortunately!

Well, I'm sure there are some parts of my life that may be interesting, though the day to day routine may not be.
Now I'm wondering what your expectations are.
Do you think I'm some sort interplanetary pirate who raids without warning from the dark side of the moon with my crew of Plutonians while listening to Steppenwolf?

I always suspected that he was a black timeunit that became sentient and was sent back from a terrible future to warn us of the horrors of japanese animation.

I'm doing this for the good of mankind and no one is listening...

I have managed to get Peter Andre's "Mysterious Girl" stuck in my head now. I can be mine and Darkwatch's song!

I'm flattered.

I actually heard a radio program about Peter Andre last week. Did you know he was discovered in one of those early "Idols" type programs back when he was only around 16-17 years old?

You mean Dick Clark's Star Search?

Darky, I have been here longer than you, have twice the posts and is an admin. Did you really need knowledge of my member files to deduce that?

To the point of tracking dow all the post relevant to my life?
You don't so much as have no life, as having been born into the matrix simply to sift through data.

That would explain why no one knows anything about me then.

Unfortunately it's not true.
To be completly honest though, in all the "info gathering" threads asking what our jobs are and such I've posted. I was also on the map for a while.
I've posted pictures of the city I reside in on the forum.
I've mentioned my home town more than once.
I guess I've never started a thread with these scraps of info.
Though it's true that I tend not to give out that much info on the net in general. Or at least not all at once in the same place.

Just imagine me saying it with batting eyelashes. Then raising one eyebrow in intrigue.

@Rodeo
Find me the financial backing and it's as good as done.

@Yellow
I haven't had an avatar on the forums since my 4th month back on infopop. And if the avatar switch days haven't proved it, even avatared members seem like just different faces of the same malign will.

I have often thought that 'Born to be Wild' demands to be used as a soundtrack to an epic space battle scene.

- Abyss, makes mental note to check leakage into Rodeoranch subpersonae file...

I often confuse Darkwatch and Sombra and now you know.

I usually am able to tell the difference because Sombra is the only other member who has the veteran rights to use the patented Abyss sign off trademark.

I have not.
