I'm here as well for a little bit. How much time is left anyone know? I think it might be an hour or so. Also a vote count would be nice.
I'd be happy to switch to Telas at this point if we could get the numbers. Possibly Gamelon as well at a stretch.

That seems to indicate that day times out in 2 hours and 40 mins.
In terms of voting, this is my count:
5 for Silanah - Rashan, Gamelon, Korlat, Tennes, Galayn Lord,
2 for Korlat - Omtose, Galain
4 for D'riss - Silanah, Kessobahn, Emurlahn, Kaschan
1 for Serc - Fener
1 for Gamelon - Serc
1 for Telas - Mockra
I am tired, so please don't take this as correct for definite.

Yup just checked 2 and a half hours to go. Its looking rather like we're going to split the voting and not get a lynch at the moment.

Well, seeing as Serc is not going to get lynched today, I am going to Remove Vote. Around for a while so not going to vote yet because I am leaning towards voting Silanah but not too sure, and I feel another vote may well spell his doom since then it will be 6-4 (I hope
my counting needs work rather like Mentalist's...

Well ... my change is going to be sort of based on meta, which I know people hate, but oh well -
Remove Vote
Vote Silanah
I hate bouncing around on my votes, since I prefer to be more decisive ... but I think Korlat isn't a Killer. Maybe a Symp trying to draw fire and create confusion (and successfully), but not a Killer.
Silanah and D'riss are my primary suspects, and Silanah's defense of Korlat feels like fake-Symping. Thus, my vote.

I figured I'd do a rundown of why I'm voting for D'riss, and give him those quotes he so longs to have in a case against him.
Are you really revealing "finder" this early?
I call "Shenanigans"
D'riss is the first person to point out Korlat's 'reveal'. At the time, he doesn't place a vote for it - expecting clarification, I suppose. I find it very suspicious that he would point something like this out. If you're on the good team, you don't want to bring someone who might be your finder to light. Finders are the key to inno success in this game, after all! There were many players, myself included, who would not have spotted this if he hadn't pointed it out.
So, D'riss waits for a clarification, but Korlat goes to bed instead of responding. D'riss then does this:
So somehow he has gone from "Was that a reveal?" to "That was either a fake reveal or you are stupid." Seems an awful lot to read into some silence, when the more obvious conclusion is that it was merely a dubious turn of phrase and that Korlat didn't expect to get into any trouble for it. Here's the thing though: would a scum really try and drop in a reveal like that? If they were going to do it, then it would be in their interests to make it more obvious. And no, I don't think the WIFOM argument is appropriate in this case. I'm left with the conclusion that were I limited to just the two possibilities that D'riss has outlined (fake reveal v stupidity), stupidity seems more likely. So it seems like D'riss is trying to force this into the light when it should be in his best interests as an inno to back down.
And then the insults begin:
If you were not smart enough to to see that, and figure out yourself the angles that could be played by scum you should probly give up mafia and take up checkers, no I take that back too advanced. Maybe "Tic Tac Toe"
You don't get do you? Even if he is real he is useless. He can't be taken seriously there is no CF!
So I drop a vote on D'riss, and this is his response. Not a good defence at all - as if he was expecting what he had pointed out to be enough. If he was truly considering all the angles (as he accused Emurlahn of not doing above) then he would have known that he would need to say more than that to convince people. So obviously some hypocrisy going on there.
Your shitting me? No CF! Whatever will we do???
Oh thats right, we look for scum. Like saying.. voting on a possible Finder slip?
Seriously I have no idea what your talking about. Are you saying if someone revealed Finder we'd ignore them? I think you'd find if someone revealed Finder we would lynch the person they did the Find on. Thats standard Mafia play and its good sense.
You do realise there are two seperate teams of scum right who don't know each other? Revealing as Finder is a death sentence for anyone.
your not too bright are you?
Well I guess it's true, you can lead a horse to water, but if he's too stupid to drink it?
A fake reveal is just what a scum wants with no CF. Because there is always enough stupid people to follow his lead. "That's right lynch this one" "Oh don't worry he's scum, you will see at the end of the game. Trust Me"
Edit: He is more than likely the symp.
More insults, but D'riss doesn't seem to want to expand on his argument, just repeats essentially what he has said before. Trying to hang on to an indefensible position is how I read it.
So apparently myself and Emurlahn are the ones pushing, when he was first to place a vote. And his posts don't seem to indicate that he is responding to us, or at least not giving an argument that is reasonable. He is trying to make it seem like he has more of a case than he actually does.
Hahahaha, are you serious? I presume your not.
Just in case you are, did you read the rules? You know there are two teams of scum who don't know each other right?
For starters do the killers know their symps are you implying they do? Otherwise why would they know they are their symp? Early on in Day 1 no less.
Next how is one scum going to know the revealed person is a Finder or a symp? Its very possible if someone is revealing as Finder they found someone in the other scum team to theirs, and would think it could be me next, I better kill the Finder. Its a death sentence as the Finder has to die. No symp is going to risk it.
18 players two teams of scum, it means the scum teams can't be very big so a symp revealing as Finder early on would really kill it for their team.
Two other points.
1) When we are getting 2 kills every night and the Finder is not being NKed I think we might find that a touch suspicious we then lynch the Finder. Thats one scum down, small teams, thats a hit they might not want.
2) More importantly, what your saying hasn't happened at all. Your making this up, Korlat didn't reveal as Finder and pointed out who should be lynch. Its a slip that has been brought to light either sarcasm or unintental. It doesn't read as a fake Finder reveal and and now your voting on a possible Finder slip. Thats scummy and I have pointed it out.
I'm done talking to you. You are not playing with a full deck.
More insults, no still no explanation.
So in summary, D'riss pointed out a possible finder on something people could easily have missed, and then proceeded to bring them further into the light by voting for them, without defending his position very well at all. As a symp, he has done his job in ushering a possible finder towards the light, and just hopes that if he doesn't try to argue his case properly anyone who suspects will get bored/overexert themselves trying to argue against a brick wall of unreason.
EDIT: Messed up the quote order

Here. And Caught up on the thread. Wasn't complete spam which makes a nice change.
Ok some points: Gamelon its not funny its a little weird. That big list isn't working. If you've got a bit of a serious case to make, could you make it again? I read all your posts as you just pissing about and I have no idea what your doing.
Reading through the Anom/Korlat/Telas stuff.
Starting out it looked rather like Korlat and Telas were teamed up the way they were both getting into Anom and I thought they came across a little scummy and pushy.
Then came the Finder thing from Korlat and its gone weird.
When I first read it, I was skimming quite quickly and like Silanah didn't read Finder into it as such. Then Anom? pointed it out - which I find scummy myself, along with D'riss for voting for it.
If someones made a possible slip about being a Finder, why would you point that out and vote for it?? Its incredibly scummy so WTF are you playing at? I mean it was one line in a paragraph, it hardly read as a fake reveal.
If I see a potential Finder slip I shut my mouth about it. Not point it out saying possible Finder and then get a vote going on it.
Still heaps of time at our disposal so I'll see how it goes.
I believe I was the second to last to check in, whose missing?

I hadn't thought about it in that context before, but now that you bring it up, D'riss reaction to spotting that was not that you'd expect from an inno. The leap to it necessarily being a fake reveal is rather unjustified as far as I can see - if you're going to interpret it as a genuine clue, I don't see anything there that makes me think "Yep, that's fake."

Let's see
earlier I had Silanah at 6
I think he's at either 7 or 8 now
i't a tossup between him and Korlat for me, as im agreeing with whomever said he shouldn't survivr the night, and if he does we should lynch him
so whatever
vote Silanah
but i'm going for korlat tomorrow if he lives, i think.

@Silanah: That's enough to cast a shred of doubt on my vote for you ... except that at the same time, you sort of seem to be piggy-backing on my doubts about the train on Korlat.
Sorry, but you're just looking too suspicious, and without a CF ... well, it's going to keep me wondering for the rest of the game whether you're Inno or not. Typical Day 1 lynch of course.

note: I'm not saying we shouldn't lynch
just pointing out that it's not as tragic as usual if we don't
EDIT: especially considerng that sans CF we lose our biggest advantage out of a lynch
