That would be about my only defense. I was thinking about characters who would try to kill themselves once infected in the movies, and in my preoccupation with that I forgot we know the people's names. Especially because it didn't say the peoples' roles in that death note and, not being too familiar with the films except for wikipedia, I'm not familiar with minor characters like Velasquez (I have no idea who the heck Velasquez is/was... presumably a marine?)

And I can't help but point out that Korlat has deftly slipped any ill intent on him/herself away to another within about 5 posts...

During the Seguleh game, the objective was to eliminate the other team's leaders.

People came to the conclusion that those explicitly asserting they're Blackmasks (in this case, the marines) were probably leaders since a BM would feel no need to do so. This hypothesis was tested, and the Ice leaders attacked Rashan, one of the aforementioned players to do so. He got butt-raped and died; he was team Fire's leader. Fire went on to be dissolved a night or 2 later.

I'm getting similar vibes from you.

Okay just saw this...you clearly haven't read my post. My post on HP's death? He's the fucking alien, and one company's dead. That leaves, if we assume the same numbers as last game, only 3 scum left: predator, 2 company people. Maybe one infected, if there were others besides Serc (who we believe was infected and suicide-killed).

I'm 'sticking my head out' because I've found someone I'm convinced is scum...no one else has done anything I think is as scummy as what you're doing. I'm still watching the other people cases have been made on.

Personally I am a little suspicious of Galain with his inability to read a death scene.

I also understand GL that the people claiming most vociferously to be marines are unlikely to actually be marines, since to do that is basically trying to sign your own death sentence for night time unless you aren't a marine. However, I don't think anyone has been quite as blatant as Rashan was in the Seguleh game.
