actually it does help the FM. its easy to just fit into a mechanics discussion without looking even slightly suspicious. which won't help us find the Pred at all. if you must discus mechanics dont spend an inordinate amount of time on it please.

Well, as said, there were 2 votes standing there by Silanah, one on Omtose, one on HP.
Then, your name wasn't there, I knew you had summoned-voted him - someone else remarked your vote was missing.
Shrug, all will be good now.
Only someone with this much power could make this many frittatas without breaking any eggs.

Oi to you too, mate.
Seriously though I don't think we 'ave much of a need for debating mechanics 'ere, eh? H'all we need to know is the Predator is one 'ell of a scary gent, and we need 'im dead, soon.
Everyone h'else we can deal with, but mechanics discussion don't 'elp anyone but FM.
Mechanics discussion does not help the FM.
We need to get our priorities straight, this is exactly why we lost the previous aliens.
There is something funny about you mate...
I dont understand why mechanics discussion is always so frowned upon, especially in games where everyone is in the dark. So long as you dont reveal information regarding the innos that the scum wouldnt have had, how does it help them?

Correction...if the pred is around when the ship arrives and we have killed all the infected and aliens then he will win.
So if we dont kill the pred before the shuttle arrives its ok...but then an alien or infected must be around untill we kill the pred.
So logiclly we have to go for the pred first as he is the biggest threat.

Wouldnt the aliens then win once the pred is dead? Or the corporation once the aliens are also dead? The win conditions for the aliens are confusing me - it says everyone must be infected or turned, and an infected or regular human must fly the shuttle. Why would their be a regular human if everyone is turned or infected. Or does the everyone refer to the other non-inno factions? Ie if the marines, company and pred are dead, then the aliens need an RI to fly, if there's no RIs an infected marine/company person also works. (i'm assuming the pred cant be infected)
So basically it's pred, then company, then aliens and infected. How do the marines fit into all this. Their win condition is kill everything not a marine. Does that mean they have to be the last men standing or something? Or can they win with the innos if all the other factions are dead?
Also, when did all the new smilies rock up?
Aliens need EVERYONE else either dead or infected amd they alos must have one infected left to fly the ship.
Corporation need everyone dead except one infected.
So no...they would not win. Pred should go first. But does not HAVE to go first. As long as we have aliens AND infected around but we cant kill off all the alines and infected untill the pred is dead.
making any sense?
A little, I was just confused by the 'regular human' part of the winning conditions, since no regular humans would be around to fly the ship if EVERYONE was dead or infected...

It's just as easy for scum to fit into spam, and I'd rather we spoke about something meaningful. People complain about it, but the game almost always starts to get properly moving after someone starts talking about mechanics.

16 hours 45 min left in the day.*
1 vote Anomandaris (Kessobahn)
2 vote Fener (Galain, Kaschan)
3 votes Omtose (silanah,Fener, Rashan)
2 votes Hoods Path (Telas, Serc)
No-one else has voted, everyone still alive.
* made a mistake calculating times as well as votes. It's difficult.

Ill discuss whatever the fuck i please...
Im not the one with the fucking irritating cockney fucking accent!
Now THAT is helpng the FM, you are distracting us in the game by making us pay attention to you and perhaps miss any slips made by scum.
There are people here who are trully confused, and laying the mechanics out on the table so that it is clear to everyone what we need to do, greatly outweighs the chance that scum is going to "fit into a mechanics discussion without looking even slightly suspicious" if you ask me.
If you dont want to talk mechanics then dont....no body is forcing you.

I think we're kind of missing each other here. I understand the infected thing. The statement in the rules seems contradictory to me, but it doesnt actually matter.

I haven't been catching up properly yet, but I noticed HP is is trouble for rping. As annoying as rp is, it could be misdirected to lynch someone based on nothing else. No idea what the votes on Omtose and fener is about.
Need to read up.

My only concern is if he is a noob and got the ripley or android role and therefore is confused about the marine aspect.
But i seriously doubt it.

By the same token, if that is the case we have opened him up to a whole host of nastiness come the night!
Oh Fuck! This is like the first game where one of the marines revealed he had a name and one of the unnamed ones jumped up to contradict him!

I doubt Ripley's role PM states that she is "inno", plus I'm sure it mentions some pairing with a marine like last time, so I doubt that's the cause of Shadow's comment.
I would think he's Company, last game they were also the most confused ones.
