Right but Mockra still hasn't killed Ripley yet...

If they wipe out the Preds do they win or do they need to take out most of the rest of the marines?

they must take out preds, company and most of the remaining marines.
I believe they need one alive/infected to pilot the ship back to Earth

No they needed on marine to pilot the shuttle... The ship is on auto pilot to earth... Aliens need to kill or infect everyone to win... Which means that they need to kill Predators...
