The Malazan Book of the Fallen series ends with the tenth book, The Crippled God.
If you're wondering about all the other projects being mentioned lately and Esslemonts work, they're outside the sphere of the the main series.
So expect the Malazan Book of the Fallen to be finished in roughly 1½ years.

There will be 10 books total in the Malazan Book of the Fallen sequence.
The world's co-creator, Ian Cameron Esslement, will be writing 5-6 books that fill in some of the gaps between Erikson's books, starting with the already-published Night of Knives and Return of the Crimson Guard.
After the MBotF sequence is finished, Erikson has confirmed that he will be writing two additional trilogies set in the Malazan world; one dealing with Anomander Rake's backstory, and the other purportedly dealing with the Tartheno Thelomen Toblakai.
Erikson has also written three novellas starring Bauchelain and Korbal Broach (from MoI) and has said he plans to write 6 more.

"Here is light. You will say that it is not a living entity, but you miss the point that it is more, not less. Without occupying space, it fills the universe. It nourishes everything, yet itself feeds upon destruction. We claim to control it, but does it not perhaps cultivate us as a source of food? May it not be that all wood grows so that it can be set ablaze, and that men and women are born to kindle fires?"

A Rake-class Malazan trilogy?
Malazbots, transform and party out!
Malazbots, transform and party out!
If there were no smart people others wouldn't feel inadequate.
Right?
Right?
