Right me'hearties, back from me snooze with a barrel full of questions for all ye landlubbers.



Firstly. Do we know if the ninjas know each other? Can they communicate off thread? I was assuming so, otherwise this game would be chaos. But then again, this game is chaos so I'm not that sure anymore.

I still have a bit of a problem with Korlat's numbers. Maybe I havent been paying enough attention to them, but I clearly remember him replying with a when someone asked if the two missing players were because of the day vigs. Then after shadow's death, the missing players are suddenly the unaligned. Doesnt make much sense to me.

Fener hinted that his power would also prevent kills (or even night itself) I will be interested to see what happens tonight (assuming he uses it). It's awfully convenient though that it wont kill him. Once again we have a reasonably good claim for a ninja. If it stops all deaths (but not night) he can claim he had a blanket BP/heal and just withhold his kill. When he doesnt die after he'll claim ninjas wouldn't NK an RI when they could hit a roled player. Just my thoughts, not saying it's true.

And my final point is maybe a little (actually very) crazy, but I'm gonna put it out there. Has anyone seen the anime Naruto? If you haven't it's about a ninja. In the series, the main characters are constantly 'killed' in fights, only to have the corpse disappear in a puff of smoke, leaving some other object (normally a tree stump) in it's place. This seems very similar to what has happened with Ruse and Shadow. Since I really cant think what the win condition of pieces of the ship would have (assuming we've now killed the figurehead and the steering wheel) maybe this is some sort of lynch BP that isnt a BP. Although it would imply that the ninjas get to play in more than one alt, which is the crazy part of the theory.

Dammit, stupid car's battery is dead. Have to wait for someone to come give me a jump. Forgot about this - it makes a lot of sense, especially in conjunction with my ninja's avoiding death thing. Could be after certain conditions are met (time, someone's action, whatever) Ruse and Shadow may pop back into the game. Or they may have taken over the alt of another player, like you say (hope not).

if rashan was only forced rp day 1, what about the others?

i think rashan explained that pretty well. I would be fairly surprised if fener also had a power to block night, but there is no reason not to trust it, as if night goes by like before it is proved so i am removing him from my list of suspects. I am a bit concerned by the amount of day vigs being used for no reason, reading over the ruse kill i cannot see what warranted a vig.

I really think we need to stop any talk of discounting the day vigs as possible ninjas though, it doesnt make sense to remove them based on now info.

Which means, he could be a ninja with a daykill.

How you guys are claiming anyone is PI right now is pretty stupid, but then so is using your vig (assuming you only had one) when you had no clue who or what is who or what.
