Schweet. I'll be patient and wait for everyone to confirm they're happy with their country, then we'll get underway hopefully tomorrow night. Shall we say 48 hour deadlines initially? That would make the first one (provided we start tomorrow night) Wednesday, say 10pm. Im sure even I can do that first resolution pretty quick and get the map posted. :p

Ok, so we've got a full complement and we're ready to start- first deadline, Wednesday 9pm, unless we get everyone's orders in before then and everyone's happy to go, as it's the first go and options arent quite as numerous.

Well 9pm Wednesday is 57 hours time, but if you feel you need more shall we say 72 hours provisionally? That makes it Thursday midday GMT. Otherwise Im amenable to some sort of generic start time, like Friday night or something.
