I think that second summary has a few flaws in it. The first one is good though

Are you trying to say you've spotted their entire team with that second case? Because while I see some deflecting ...
I'm guessing at least a couple of those people think that the Kaschan case actually isn't strong, and really were annoyed by Galain (if I'm keeping people sorted out right).
I, however, am not one of them:
Vote Kaschan

No, i'm not saying i've definitely spotted their entire team. I'm replying to Galayn Lord who suggested that nobody had been defending Kaschan, which is clearly not true. Several people have, which is what we'd expect.

Hood's Path made a reasonably long post (compared to the spam...). This post didn't mention Kaschan, true, but it did attack Galain. Which is defending without being too obvious about it.
Again, I'm not saying that this is definite, but it has to be something to consider.

Whoops, Galayn Lord suggested that nobody was defending Korlat. But my point stands, given that they're linked in the case.

OK, from what I can gather, then:
Korlat and Galain have a thing about who is symping/who is a leader/who knows what.
While it did seem somewhat jokey early on, it became increasingly serious and weird as time progressed. Obviously, however, Kaschan should be the one to be lynched as it seems he is either the Third or First of Korlat. Of course, this could be Korlat trying to pin up someone not his leader in order to make sure they are safe. Galain and Korlat could, in fact, be on the same team, making elaborate distancing plots and trying to protect each other etc.
While I think this case has merit, it's pretty convoluted, imo, and has plenty of possible permutations: Galain deflecting, Korlat deflecting, both of them delfecting, or, as at face value, Kaschan is a First or Third. I find the last option the least likely, of course, as that would be incredibly weird.
As for Galain, yes he could be drawing NK's - but really, who would NK over a spam, on the off chance that the person is lower than you or many attack him? That's just...weird. That being said, he is also involved in the Korlat/Kaschan case.
Being day one, I'd rather not do Galain for the spamming thing (though spamming + invlovlement = I'd be more interested in his lynch), and would prefer the Korlat/Kaschan case, despite it's awkwardness and what-ifs.

There are definitely some poeple who seem like they may be delfecting the Kaschan case, though. Atm Korlat isnt under attack and is more likely to be low rank so we wouldnt expect anyone to defend him

Exactly my point, Liosan. Nobody defending him shows nothing.

At the moment I think it's more or less a toss up between Galain and Kaschan, although reading through the case there's a lot more evidence behind this Kaschan push. I'm getting odd vibes from Thyrllan as well.
Korlat's reaction is the main thing that bothers me--he could be symping, but the possibility of fake-symp is just as likely. After all, if he can force the lynch onto Kaschan he would be able to strike a major blow while protecting his team. Meanwhile, as others have mentioned, a crop of defense has appeared in Kaschan's favor. Sifting through Tenne's linked quotes, I find an amalgam of good and bad cases...in the end, however, the mob is leaning toward Kaschan.
Kaschan, perhaps you could put in a word or two in your own defense?

Ok having reviewed the rest of HP's posts they do seem to continue in a similar vein so I think you may be right about him there.
Another interesting thing to note is it looks like Kaschan may have been the first to mention the Galain is spamming to draw NK's theory, and then HP and Silanah (i think, could have been GL) followed him in this reasoning, both of which are outlined as probable symps in your case.
Im definitely starting to feel we may have got lucky and found a high ranker in Kaschan.
Any chance of a Vote count? Id rather not speed lynch when we still have time to discuss.

Hmm...personally, I think the draw-NK's theory can be thrown right out the window. Which really means, to me, that Kaschan is by far the most likely candidate for a "nice" lynch.
