I agree with the non Latin sentiment. Thyrllan has made 4 posts all Latin and I have no idea what any of them mean nor do I intend to rush off to a translator to find out. Its a slow start which is fine but lets try and stick to English eh now people? It might help speed things up a little since its tough to reply to a latin phrase.

Fun-killers :p

Come on people, Google is not that hard to use. You don't even need to translate, just search with the whole sentence.

If I mentionned on thread that there are naked pictures of dibs floating around the net, I bet that in 0.43 seconds you would all find them.

I'm not either. And let me assure whoever brought it up, I won't be searching for naked pictures of DiBs either. As I imagine every single other person on here as well, outside Dibs whose probably admiring himself right now.

It is day 1.
You have 29 hours and 45 minutes.

11 votes needed to lynch, 10 votes needed for night.
1 player has voted for Korlat (Omtose)
1 player has voted for Silanah (Emurlahn)

18 players have not voted: Shadow, Serc, Tennes, Ruse, Kaschan, Liosan, Fener, Galayn Lord, Gamelon, D’riss, Mockra, Hood’s Path, Ampelas, Kessobahn, Korlat, Silanah, Rashan, Thyrllan
Only someone with this much power could make this many frittatas without breaking any eggs.

Oops, sorry, missed the call for people to speak English.

For those wishing for a translation of that exchange, it was as follows:

Thyrllan: Yes, that is a very large amount of corn.
Emurlahn: I can't hear you, I have a banana in my ear.
Myself: You have a big piece of spinach in your front teeth?

Some handy phrases in that vein here.

Vah! Denuone latine loquebar? Me ineptum. Interdum modo elabitur.

Whoops. It seems to be becoming a habit. Apologies.

It's not spam - it is super advanced RP.

It's nonsense, therefore it is spam.

Personally, I find day one spam to be the most enjoyable part of the game. Less thinking, more fun.

I believe the phrase "Senito aliquos togatos contra me conspirare!" is appropriate to the situation, however.

Veni, Vidi, Vici?
