Nice man. Hit me up.

As for me, my xbox went E74 within 5 mins of booting it up in my dorm room on move in day. I was sooo pissed. Luckily the warrenty is still good so I just lose it for 2-3 weeks. The bad thing is I have an elite and it should not have crashed, supposed to be better but it doesn't seem that way. My first elite lasted 6 months and the replacement they gave me lasted 13 months. Not good. This makes 5 or 6 times I have had to send in for repairs.

That's bad luck man. My Pro hasl asted since last christmas, no problems. You should try the trick of putting the games on the harddrive, it helps keep the xbox cooler and less likely to crap out on you.

gah now I need my box back to complete the team. But yeah, I find mics are essential for most shooters. I always try to coordinate with my team.

But Microsoft felt bad once I mentioned how many have died on me so I got priority repairs haha. So basically I get overnight airmail shipping (for free) and they will get to it before other peoples who were already there.

Should be getting much more regular(i.e in my room) internet soon.

Considering getting l4d but not sure. Want to have some money left for when Modern Warfare 2 comes out.

Is l4d good? Got a friend who really likes it on PC, but then he's got some odd tastes...

I like it a lot. I've only been playing for about a week and a half, but its a hell of a lot of fun. I dont know if theres a demo for it, but you might check.

No, it sucks hardcore. Which is why DiBs, SB, Eddie, and myself like it. :p

But honestly, it is lots of fun just running and gunning zombies while trying to survive and make it out. My only complaint would be that it gets very repetitive since there are only 4 campaigns (granted you can play them co-op, single player, or verses). But it still gets old. The Director running the campaigns is cool because nothing is ever exactly the same, except the map, but after a while it still does get old. Playing with friends and playing as zombies helps. The newish survival mode is fun but can be difficult to survive, and there are 16 or so levels for that.

yeah, though I have a lot of other games on my list. Not sure if that is a "must-have" at this point.

Other Nov. games are Dragon Age: Origins and CoD:MW2. Which are priorities #2 and #1 respectively

Yeah, i'd rather play DA, but i'm assuming ED will be playing it non stop so i'll have to wait for him to finish.

Yeah, I'd be down for that too. I tried to play with you and SB last night Eddie, but you guys got off as I was just getting started. I went home for the weekend to get a bunch of stuff I left and so I could steal my bros xbox for a few days haha. Mine returns tomorrow, score one for having 5 rrods because then you get free airmail shipping.

Now have the internet set up in my room, which means I can play online more(i.e, not just when mates are around or no ones home).

I have nothing of interest to add to this topic (which makes perfectly usual for me) other than my son says I always make him get off the game just when he is in the middle of an important battle and apparently that makes him less than popular.

There are up sides to being a parent!:p:p
'Tell me, Tool, what dominates your thoughts?'
The Imass shrugged before replying. 'I think of Mafia, Adjunct.'
'Do all Imass think about Mafia?'
'No. Few think at all.'
'Why is that?'
The Imass leaned his head to one side and regarded her. 'Because, Adjunct, they are sheeple.'

Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that frisbee getting bigger?" ... and then it hits me.

hm, I may be able to manage tomorrow night. Really depends on the work load for classes.

@Bwgan- don't worry about it too much, it happens to all young gamers. My mother certainly got it to be an art when I was younger.
