I'd say Seren Pedac in MT to Hull Beddict

Bonehunters under Yghatan...Fiddler?

Could be anyone though there were Gesler point of views, Koryk, Smiles, Corabb (definately not Corabb)...Balm was down there as well. A very good set of scenes IMO.

Alright my last try then or else I will just keep on naming Bonehunters that might have been down there, and that would get ridiculous. I do not have the book anywhere near me so I can't just go check the section.

Not Balm either but I did see Gesler mentioned earlier so continue on with a new qoute.

"There can't be anything hidden between us old campaigners, now can there?"

Too vague/too easy tell me. I am feeling a lot of pressure here. I never expect to get one of these right. Even half right like this last one.

:p

no pressure, most qoutes tend to be either too vague or too easy, only a few winds up in the middle :p

the qoute, WJ and Dujek from MOI??

Seems to be a bit vague from me, we got a lot of old campaigners, and I could attribute this to any of them.

Gesler and Fiddler from HoC?

Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Not Gesler, not Fidller, Dujek or Whiskeyjack from any book. So not those characters at all.

It is from a significant scene though. Either line before or after it will give it away I think.

Not the Characters Spindle or Monkrat at all either. Line before is.

"Dancing around? asked ____________________________. "Why nothing, _________________________. There can't be anything hidden between us old campaigners, now can there?"

One more guess and I will put the kibosh on it and give you the give away line right after.

:p

Going to sleep in 30 minutes so let me add the last line and then yall can get in and keep the thread going.

Last line

"Then why bar all our brothers and sisters from the meet? Even the Brethren?"
