It's Duiker to someone in DG.

X:It was a jest!
Y It was a threat.

Should be easy

Yup, Duiker is the correct answer. Also, the book is Deadhouse Gates.

Hmm, I remember seeing it was a jest, but cannot remember that answer to it.

It is in MoI, the mortal sword brukhalan or something to his soldiers. Correct? If it is I include this quote, just ignore it if i am not correct.

"You probably think that I'm about to tell you about the situation we're all in. But it's already quite evident that there'd be little point. You are a small-brained thug, Lenestro. Push me again, and I'll have you eating pigshit fand liking it"

:(

Duiker's getting a lot of exposure! That speed/experience one was to S'ayless Lorthal, I believe, as they're retreating from the Tithansi camp.
And that one up there is evidently Duiker to Lenestro (after he stops the manservants getting whipped, I think) in DG.

Here's a bit of an obscure'er one, so I'll give two parts to it.

X: "Something's coming. An armored demon like a T'lan Imass. Unstoppable. It defeated two Claws."
[...]
Y: "You were right, a ghost out of the past indeed..."

Two people talking, and a third person they are talking about (and there's a fourth in the room but that's unnecessary).

I kinda love it when D'rek unleashes her nerd wrath, as I knew she would here. Sorry innocent bystanders, but someone's gotta be the kindling.

Yes Urizen, you're right...

I'm guessing this one is from NoK since I never heard of it.

Yes, it is. X is Kiska, Y is Tayschrenn, and they're talking about Temper. The 4th person is Hattar.

Man, that is a cruel one AIJ. It could fit on so many characters/occasions. A total guess would be Dancer

Brohl Handar to Bivatt in RG :(

"Damn, it was going to be a crowded tent". This one isn't dialogue btw, but a thought from the person's POV.

Gamet in House of Chains?

If not that, then Toc the Younger in GotM

Was this the one you meant? If so then my guess is Telorast/Curdle and Apsalar.

It from TTH when Gruntle and company tries to pass through Hood's realm. X is Seguleh second and Y is the Trygelle Trade Guild mage who's name at the moment escapes me..

Maybe Lady Envy to Toc the Younger in MOI?
