Nice portrait. I like the use of shadow.

She looks perhaps a bit more south american than asian in my opinion.

I like it you did a good job. It would be nice though if it could be a little less dark just so you could see a bit more definition. I like the idea of the shadow but at the moment you lose alot of dimension in the face.

been playing with adding text to it - probably best to limit it to 'I never believed in pure evil before Sorry showed up...' What do you think?

Wacom Bamboo Fun, and use the software that came bundled with it.

The bamboo is a good choice, my brother has one:) I have an Intuos 3, which I am extremely pleased with, although it is huuuuge (9"x12"). I haven't tried any of the Painter-programs, but I've heard good stuff about them:)
