You can say fucker here on the forum.

We even had a big discussion about it once :(

I'll keep that in mind for next time
(Jen'isand Rul, the Wanderer within the Sword)
'I am the Shield Anvil.' I am Fener's grief. I am the world's grief. And I will hold. I will hold it all, for we are not yet done. <Itkovian>
'We are not born innocent, simply unmeasured.' <Hull Beddict>
'Because a god visits her, Fist. He comes to break her heart. Again and again.'<Nether>
'Fucking dragon.' <Fiddler>
Take my breath. But not this one, not this one. <Apsalar>
'Aye.' It's a good word. I think. More a whole attitude than a word, really. With lots of meaning in it, too. A bit of 'yes' and a bit of 'well fuck' and maybe some 'we're all in this together.' So a word to some up the Malazans. <Sunrise>

The only thing that's kept him from being my overall fave character is his lack of screen-time (1 out of 8 books) but he's still a match with Dassem and Torvald Nom in my book...

I mean, I wanted to be him :harhar:

His reply "You speak of compassion, let me tell you something about compassion" to the Imass (when they ask why the hell did he take their grief) hangs on my wall

QUOTE (The Tyrant Lizard @ Dec 18 2008, 12:19 PM) Itkovian is a bad mother fucker

I may be wrong, but I think he's celibate, so that would make him a bad mother fantasizer at most Posted Image

His vows put him at odds with himself. The destraint (what's his name, not Brukhalian) was telling him about this when Hetan beckons him. Come to think of it, there is another character just like him. (Let's say he's also an X-man and what birds use to peck at stuff). They know not their own greatness, and in this naivity, they acheive amazing feats which wells nay swells their greatness!!!

I'm in a discernment program to see if I am called to be a priest, and I cited the speech as an good explanation of my belief. Approving nods all around. I love Ithkovian. He's rock solid.
And I will say then/ Every tale is a gift/ And the scars borne by us both/ Are easily missed/ In the distance between us.
