So last night I was walking downtown for some pizza at like 1am with some friends of mine,
and someone said, "I'm so hungry I could eat a whole pizza."

I said, "I bet I could eat 100 pizzas," and no one understood me. I was sad.

That's because you foolishly purchased the far inferior Fable 2. I did tell you people were returning that to buy Fallout 3, right? :D

Things have been tight all month, I actually traded in a few games to pay for Fable.

Stupid October birthdays. Every person in my life that I HAVE to buy presents for has their birthdays right at the end of October. Oh well, mine's on Friday so maybe someone will give me enough cash to pick it up.

I'm really looking forward to this, pre-ordered and everything. Unfortunatly I pre-ordered a long time ago before I went to college, so I'm having it shipped to me. Let's go weekend!!

Haha. I sadly don't get mine until the 31st - and I have an exam that day. :(

Oh well, at least I've then got the weekend to play it! :)

It's not officially released here till tomorrow. But eb has it ... But last time I was in there I may have said some things to the staff that could be taken the wrong way...

Since fable fucked me, this is my last hope. I wondering though: PS3 or XBOX360?

No discernible difference. Or so I'm told.

...it got 9.4 on PS3 on IGN...9.6 on PC and 360. :(

Haha, no, it can't. Hence the ':('

But everyone is saying it's practically the same on both. Don't worry.

i did have a barney with the wee girl when buying fable and farcry, it said in window far cry for 15 if you trade cod4 so i brings cod4 and tga and she goes, ill give 30 for them, and i replied in my politest voice

"By dear madam it says in yonder iwndow i will recieve 25 for cod alone? surely you jest?"

to which she replied.

"Your having a larf, 25 for that?"

to which my blood beginning to boil responded,

"That window yonder, your window which you decorate hither this morn no doubt"

"Well i will have to check that."

Much grumble grumble later she comes back all read faced and goes

"Ok then tenner for the other then and your done."

"No no good women, i thinki will hold off, for such a paltry sum as that it is not worth my while to part with such a beloved purchase as this, you scaggy whinging sack of shit"

i can be very diplomatic

Gamestop was out of normal orders, so I had to pony up for hte collectors edition. Game is good enough I really don't mind, and it looks quite lovely on my new PC :(

I'm almost out of ammo and trying to find out where these flamethrower ants are coming from... things could get interesting.

I heard it was better on 360, there was some news release where the PS3 people were complaining about how the 360 version was better. Also the people at OXM gave it a 10, but they are also big xbox fanboys,so its a little biased.

i think it was the official ps magazxine itself that complained about it running smoother on xbox

Well that's because damn near every multiplatform game is developed on the 360 then ported to the PS3 because it's such a bitch to work on.

Plus the controller is worlds better than the stupid outdated dual shock.

Couldn't agree more with the controller/development comments.

And you can't really call OXM a fanboy magazine when it's giving a multi-platform release a 10/10...maybe if it gave Halo 3 that...but otherwise they just really like the game.

Get on Xbox 360, or be cool like me 'n' Obdi, and get it on PC. :(
