Well, I'll post the (slightly unconfident) advert for my services here too then. You need a mentor, I'll lend a hand, but I should point out that v2.0 was my first ever game .

Russia has a reasonable win record though, since it can avoid stalemate lines.

So if i read the rules right, russia is capapble of producing 4 armies, while the rest are stuck at 3 max?

another thing...do we get one move from each province per turn? or do we only move once province/army per turn...not very clear in the Help thread.

Every unit can move OR support OR convoy (if a fleet) once per turn.

Yes, but you can have only as many units as you have supply centres. If your controlled number of supply centres outnumbers your current number of units, you can build extra units after the autumn season. The number of times where you can build your full capacity (3 in England's case) will be next to non-existent unless you made a couple of brilliant moves.
