Aye, you pick one of your starting supply centres (you must still control them ) and announce what you want to build there. Build orders are secret, by the way, published like any other order. Officially, in live play, one might not even be allowed to diplome during buildphases, I think.

Macros is special in this case, as he has 2 builds and only 2 national supply centres are unoccupied (he can't build in Triest 'cause there's his unit already). Both of those centres are landlocked, so all he could build are armies.

Builds are in except ossercs again, though he did send me a question (in future send any questions to imperialhistorian at gmail.com if you want an answer any time soon, i don't check the arbitrator account, and i cant read pms at work anyway)

I'm uploading the builds now, if I get a response soon I'll add ossercs build, otherwise he either gets nothing or I could put an army iin moscow so as not to ruin the game completely, it's probably not what he would want, but at least he has an extra unit which he could feasibly use as it's in the middle of his empire, if people object to this I'll remove it and he gets no build.

EDIT: osserc is very lucky, ST came on just in time and submitted a build for him

Ask his mentor, place an army, pm Osric, and search for a replacement, then add a couple of days to the deadline if the replacement has to step in. Osric visited the games topic this morning to post in the Fallout 3 topic, so i guess he has seen the deadline, has been on the forum AND had the chance to PM you.
