OK, seriously.
I hope that Lace is either a killer, or an inno who needs to learn that sometimes he is wrong and could try to change his strategy as the game progresses.
Tapper kept saying that if Morgoth turns out inno he's in deep shit, but as a scum he would know that that's would happen, so why say it? Unless he's playing the "fight the future case by starting it yourself" game.
Anyways, let's see what happens now

Well fuck my old aunt.
I was as convinced as one can be that he'd be guilty. If I wasn't, I wouldn't have made the WIFOM case but left it at my defense and just added to the Yellow vote for Morgy. It was unlikely I would be lynched at that point, anyway. And I have absolutely no clue on who could be scum, now.
Also, Lisheo, it is very easy to be right in hindsight by standing at the sidelines. There's 2, maybe 3 players (but I think it's 2) that will come up guilty upon lynch, and at the start 15 or 16 that don't. You do the maths, and then the only thing you can tell me that it is FAR more likely that innocents will be lynched than scum. Mafia is a game of deduction and the deduction is harsh because it removes people from the game.
I don't mind you standing by the sidelines, but I do mind you then commenting upon those who do join the train.

By the way, high-five to my fellow time-zoners, when the timer falls in our hands we manage to get the fucking lynches *slaps*
Which makes me again wonder why it got impossible to get a lynch day 2, both potential trains (Morgoth, Gem) were innos.
Here is as far at it went:
4 Votes Morgoth: DiBs, Lacedaemonian, Baudin, The Dude
4 Votes Gem: Silencer, Yellow, Gavin, Morgoth
I know from experience (maybe I can be corrected) that there's usually one killer per train, sometimes none, but rarely two. I think the stalemate happened because the two (I assume two) killers were each on their own train, early to not raise suspicions, and couldn't provide the incentive (and didn't want to, they don't need the lynches) to push for the other by having one switch from one train to the other, and with some ball-less innos around it just died.
We know dibs and Morgoth were inno, I would bet it's highly probable the killers are among the others, one in each trio.

Oh FFS low poster again? Please fuck off about that. Its starting to get to me. Read my previous post, and note I actually normally post content. No offense intended Baudin but low posters are normally around 10 or15 posts with not much. We should be looking for people who are under the radar. That is not voting, not being part of the discussions taking the free ride bot being part of the groups of suspects etc. Mocker springs to mind for example. Anyone tell me Mockers position on Gem, Morgoth, or any lynching he's done without going back to look? I thought not.
Ok onto the lynch, well I guess it had to be done but I think it clears a few things up. For me I think tomorrow we need to look at either Silencer or Tapper.
Tapper is really standing out as a killer, especially after refusing to switch to Silencer from Morgoth, and then commenting if Silencer comes up Guilty it makes him a VPI.
I somehow don't buy that Tapper. At least you can stop pushing your bullshit case that Morgoth and I are paired killers and my switching the lynch from Morgoth to Alt is part of my killer plan.
Perhaps also voting Lisheo also for not bothering to help get a lynch, even if it was an was Inno. We needed the infomation, I'm not sure if you were taking the moral high ground, or trying to keep things confused by us not having the lynch and hopnig tomorrow we don't lynch again.
*high fives JA* two days would have been criminal.

I don't see we have low posters in this game.
What we have is many new players, with whose participation and enthousiasm I am happy, and if their posts are low on content, well, I'll give them extra leniency because a) it's not an obvious game when you start and b ) much of our own content is related to the altless setting and how we play now and normally, and that's impossible for them to contribute to that.
What I don't swallow so easily is the experienced dudes who are either playing bad inno games or fail at trying to hide their guilty role PM, i.e. Silencer and Vengeance come in mind.

To clarify: by no mean am I "innocenting" the new players, with how many we have I think it's quite probable one might be a killer. I just find it hard to make cases on them, since the n00b card can always come out to excuse scummy behavior, in good or bad faith.
But I'm hoping to get a good case on an experienced player that would turn out to be right, then things should be more clear. The hardest is always to get the first scum, after that the pieces fit into place more easily on rereads.

I strongly agree with everything you say there. I have been sort of glossing over mistakes by the new players (And we have 5 all still alive as well) simply because they're new and I don't want to jump on it. But odds alone would suggest one of them is team evil.
We are starting to run a touch short of time, another day without an innocent will put us down to lynch evil or game over. Presuming that we haven't lost a symp.

If both killers (or, nightmare, all the scum) are in the new players then we're a little screwed.
I mean, then it's a lottery, it wouldn't be too hard to make good cases on all of our new players, they all made mistakes, so which ones are new players mistakes, which are killer tells? Besides lynching them all, I don't see what to do, and would be... fucking nasty

sigh...see now i have also been thinking along these lines, untill this morning that is.
Im sorry but the gloves are coming off...i dont care if you are new im gonna call shit when i see it. there is no better way for them to learn. There were no punches pulled when i started.
My god my first two games i was a killer. And the very forst day i was nearly lynched becasue of my noob mistakes. Luckely my superior skillz got us a win in the end.
Anyways.... my point is i've decided that coddling the new guys is not the best way to blood them.

Oh I don't know Gavin, the symps aren't on my team so I don't consider lynching one 'losing' them. Interesting way of putting that.
