I like the Kevin scale. Not Kelvin - Kevin.

An explanation: In winter, if it's 6 Kevin, it took six seconds for the snot in Kevin's nose to freeze. In the summer, if it's 6 Kevin, it took six seconds for Kevin to say "It's fucking hot out here." Once the snot isn't freezing and once nobody's saying "It's fucking hot out here", ambient temperature is pretty much meaningless.
I survived the Permian and all I got was this t-shirt.

Lives and loves, the gamut of existence was marked by such things. A breaking of paths, the ragged, uneven ever-forward stumble. Blood dried, eventually. Turned to dust. The corpses of kings were laid down and sealed in darkness and set away, to be forgotten. Graves were dug for fallen soldiers, vast pits like mouths in the earth, opened in hunger, and all the bodies were tumbled down, each exhaling a last gasp of lime dust. Survivors grieved, for a time, and looked upon empty rooms and empty beds, the scattering of possessions no-one possessed any longer, and wondered what was to come, what would be written anew on the wiped-clean slate. Wondering, how can I go on?

Former Stereophonics drummer Stuart Cable has been found dead in his home this morning, police are saying there are no suspicious circumstances, but he was only 40 and had done his radio show as normal that day. Very odd but more importantly tragic as he was one of music's genuine nice guys.

Gutted, RIP mate.
Now all the friends that you knew in school they used to be so cool, now they just bore you.
Just look at em' now, already pullin' the plow. So quick to take to grain, like some old mule.

Yeh cus basing 100 degrees on something as constant in the universe as human body temperature is really smart.
