Going out field from tomorrow until 4 July. Ish.

Hate this shit. At least this time its only 3 weeks. Ish.

I really need to find another job. I've only stayed in this one as long as I have because of the security and perks. If I didn't have a family I would have walked ages ago.
Hence why it's hard to find anything else that can come close to matching it on those grounds.
Actually, the job itself isn't that bad, it's the organisation I work for and the related requirements that suck the most.

So enjoy your Sombra-free time. I predict this place will go all "Lord of the Flies".

Well, either that or "Party party party!"

:p

EDIT: I've found that in this life I can deal with being on my own for long periods and not really miss anyone overly much, even close family.
Well, not painfully miss them at any rate. As long as I can call them etc.

Except when it comes to my little boy. Being away from him really hurts. His hugs make everything ... if not better, then at least less shitty.
Does that make me a bad worse person if I miss him more than anyone else?

Big falling out with my sister last night. Don't think we'll be speaking for a while.

That sounds tough. I would hate to be away from SO like that.

And totally natural to miss your son. It makes you a good father.

Broke my elbow in 4 or 5 places 3 weeks ago and had surgery to put it back together 2 and a bit weeks ago. Everything is uncomfortable! I am healing well and now have 6 screws and a plate in my elbow. Doing things one armed is really irritating... at least it is my non-dominant arm!

That sounds horribly painful.

Get well fast!

Yeah, that sounds awful. Here's to a fast and smooth recovery!

Man that sucks. In the summer after graduating high school I sprained both of my elbows severely and it was comically absurd how little I could do for myself.
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

A violent thunderstorm killed a boy in my city on Sunday. He was at a cricket coaching camp and was struck by lightning.

He was only 16.

There's another huge thunderstorm happening as I write this. Everybody is talking about how much more frequent lightning strikes have become in recent years.

Same here. In the last couple of years, summer season has become storm season here. Several people have been struck by lightning in the general area I live in this summer already. The other week, a storm dislodged the roof of a pertol station nearby, and the roof of a university building in the nearest city caved in from the weight of the water. Thankfully, nobody was badly injured in either incident, but yeah. Flooded basements are becoming a regular occurence in some parts of Germany.

On the positive side, could be an increased chance to develop superpowers. Or revive corpses to take over the world or make your own Michael Jackson video.

She went and she left me like litter. She took all future summers with her. I lost all my money cuz I tried to bribe her. Now I can only afford an amateur sniper.

One of my mom's friends asked me to help her find a new printer which works with third party ink cartridges and my head hurts. Why can't these companies just price their ink cartridges reasonably and enjoy people actually buying and using them instead of waging a price war on their customers by blocking the printers from functioning? :veryangry:

We ll see on charges. It’s not her 1st or even 2nd rodeo so she ain’t gonna get sympathy from them.

Daughter is upset big time, son not nearly on her lvl but still upset. I still don’t know the story other then that she lit a trash can on fire on video and they were with her.

I ain’t to thrilled
