Phone completely bugged out and then trying to stop it, factory reset it... no clue what happened? Samsung Galaxy commonly do this?

Eh, from a few friends I've had, they do seem to start struggling a bit once they are a little older, require resetting everyone once in a while (not normally a factory reset though) to get it back to normal. Most smartphones degrade over time though, they get bloated just like pcs seem to.

My therapist has managed to note down the wrong day/time of when my appointment was scheduled. That's annoying because that's the second time this happened, and I know for sure I noted down the right day (simply because I never ever make appointments on days I know I am scheduled for work, but rather wait a week longer if I have to). What's more annoying, I can't go to another therapist as I initially wanted, because my insurance won't allow that without good reasons. And he had the gall to shoo me out the office because he had another appointment. Oh, excuse me, wasn't me who can't listen.

Probably something DRM related. Most annoyingly, the file also doesn't work with Adobe Digital Editions, even though the Google Play FAQs claim that's the go-to app for reading their ebooks aside from their own reading app. Instead, after using Digital Editions without any problems for years, I can't use it at all anymore. It simply won't open after I tried to load the book into it. Tried a couple of other ebook readers, but nope. The .acsm file format is an abomination.
