If they don't do that, you probably didn't want to work for them in the first place (I know, CDP Red should be awesome, so I fully expect they'd give you feedback if you ask).
.pl is a full blown employer's market so it's quite common for companies to just not say anything to protect themselves from toxic candidates that could start crying havoc and wrecking reputation online. Still, I've been halted in enough recruitment processes that I'm getting really tired of it. If there's something I'm doing wrong, I don't want to do it again next time... And they *should* want better prepared candidates, right?
Anyway, I did ask. We'll see if I get an answer.
