As for the family issue, you need to weigh it up yourselves, expectations versus your life. Or could you live with it if they never accepted your choice? Difficult. Then again, you know your families best, and can anticipate what will happen. And- they may surprise you too!

I fucking hate airports. Spent 9 hours instead of the planned 3 hours at Kiev Borispol today. Fucking insane with the prices there.

I've developed insomnia in the last two weeks. This is part pro and part con.

The pro is that be the time I get Kingdom of Amalur: Reckoning I'll be use to little sleep and double so for when I ge ME3 (squeeeeeeeeeeee!)

The con is that I currently own neither game and so I have been awake now for 38 hours and have no awesome gameplay to show for it. (Well, no non-ME2 gameplay, that is.)

I do have some star trek graphic novels I could read - I was planning on reading them while waiting for EB games to open on March 8 but I guess I could read something else then.
