Seeing as how all the chapter summaries are being written, and we still lack a malazan world map, I'm going to attempt to get a world map drawn consistent with all the info in the books.
With that in mind when writing your chapter summaries, if you see something about malazan geography and how the various contients are related, could you stick a note in this thread saying where it is, or just stick it in the important things to note bit so I can pull everything together and not miss anything when I try to get a map put together.
Thanks alot.

great idea IH! *applauds*
I'll go back through the chapters I've already summarised and see if there is anything particularly noteworthy.

Yeh towards the start of Chapter One DG there is a note on the direction of travel that kalam/fiddler and co' take and where it is from.
From the info given in that dialogue I would say that Genabackis more to the west according to that map.

regarding Lether.
Bluerose to the north, the independent, unruly city-states of the archipeligo in Dracons Sea, and the various tribes on the eastern plain has been pressuring Lether, driven against the outposts by one of the cyclical expansionist regimes of far Kolanse.
