I love it when EA screw up. Apparently, multiple copies of Black Ops 2 have ME2 on the second disc instead of COD XD

Bioware's response is to give the first 50 people who take a photo of themselves and their disc a copy of the ME trilogy on PC.

My friend (who I had sent my Mitt Romney Gay Mormon Harem fanfic to) accidentally sent it to her lit professor instead of something of hers. And I just got it back. With annotations. And feedback.

And I'm in a great place to optimise firing algorithms right now... ;)

My first day of crew work for Normie (a musical) started yesterday, and it was terrific! Everyone is really friendly and knows how to have a laugh, and one of my friends is the prop assistant :D Also, I picked my units for next year, and I changed out Workplace Law for one that doesn't have an exam! Woot woot.

Ohhhhhhh mannnnnn.

Yesterday was so awesome. At 6:30 my friend swung by in her car and we were off to Williamstown, to catch a rendition of only the coolest fucking musical that exists: Next to Normal. I'd seen it a year ago for Theatre Studies and I thought it was incredible. It got me into musical theatre. The story it told was so profound and so bloody HEART-WRENCHING that i've been hooked on it since.

Last night blew that first time out of the water. Maybe it was because I was seeing it with my friend, who is a fellow N2N-head, or because it was a lot more intimate (the theatre being smaller), but it was AHMAYZING. I spent the first half of the show grinning like a loon, and the second sobbing my eyes out. As those Tumblr fanatics are wont to say, all the feels. And afterwards we got to meet the cast AND IT WAS AWESOME AND INCREDIBLE AND AHHHHHHH THEY'RE ALL SO TALENTED AND WONDERFUL

Ok, my fangirl-esque rant is done. But i am very happy right now ^_^

Holy fuck. Hooooooly fuck. Hooooooooooooly fuck. My best friend just moved in next door (in an 18 floor building) to my brother. This is some epic shit. He used to live a good hour+ drive away. So now we can chill.

I can't express in words how totally fucking payched I am.

The funniest thing is I found out he was moving in when I was fumbling with the key to my brother's place, AND HE FUCKING COMES OUT OF THE APARTMENT NEXT DOOR. Aparently it opened up this week and he jumped on it- even though he's gonna be on 2 leases for a while.

Fun, relaxing night with friends. Lucky they were at our place as there was golf ball sized hail at theirs and they've just recently bought a new car.
