Uh oh, we aren't allowed to talk about the Olympics anywhere but the discussion board...be careful Taps.

Making me happy? Rain. We need some rain and it looks like we'll be getting it today.

I can talk about what is making me happy... and the Olympics are, I'll just avoid raging debates on the issue :p.

Yeah, that was apparently my mistake.

They make me happy too. Even though my best friend just spoiled the outcome of the Bronze Medal soccer game...I was taping it, the bastard!

Trivia team got 2nd place last night. Which is awesome, and comes with 20 bucks of gift-certificate, so next week either the beer or the pizza is basically free (priorities determining).

Considering the first place team is 2 ex-Jeopardy contestants and a few professors that's not too shabby.

Hooray!

Sent a book to the printer on Wednesday, and another is going in next week.

I am a publisher-type who publishes actual things.

No, he was saying that he wants the cover to say 'Worryworts Autobiography' and then every page in the book says 'I can't remember'.

Nonsense, it just means that the resulting work is something named 25 degrees of worry in which he describes his roleplaying sexy time adventures with his counsillor for memory loss. Best-seller guaranteed.

Dating the first girl I have liked ALOT since my X. A few random girls, but nothing beside getting back out there.

This girl is so freaking amazing too! I was super worried i wouldn't meet anyone after my X cheated on me. I really never thought that could happen to me...

So this is why she is better than my X

So im 29, she is 26..has a degree, smoking Ass , nurse, seems sane!<to be judged and compressed at a different time guys! haha> , lots of physical hobbies, a little different <good thing>, likes GEEKY shit and not a geek even remotely-->she brought up AGOT's out of the blue , and can hold a REAL conversation and doesn't have to do the ditzy thing. I make her laugh.

So this leads me to a different point about i need really protect myself better, cause I'm in--she has me its all over..why do i do this?? Im really alpha ,until I'm really into a girl and then i just go all over the place. It's funny cause she is insecure and it really baffles me? so being careful, cause I can sense i can scare her off as she totally thinks I'm full of shit....oh well roll the dice and see if she believes me. Maybe i am just putting my fears onto her.

wish me luck, been awhile for me.

I have a son!

He was actually born by c section last Thursday, but I'm still happy about it! And Mrs T is happy with the section, because instead of hobbling around and not being able to sit down, she feels fine and only has a small scar which looks almost healed already.
Hooray for surgery, women should be born with zippers down there I reckon, saves a lot of hassle.

Anyhow, we now have one of each, which is really nice!
So that's the story. And what was the real lesson? Don't leave things in the fridge.
