girl on the right in blue cap and blue-tinted sunglasses is kinda nice, though that may be through contrast.

The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly; who errs and comes short again and again; because there is not effort without error and shortcomings; but who does actually strive to do the deed; who knows the great enthusiasm, the great devotion, who spends himself in a worthy cause, who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement and who at the worst, if he fails, at least he fails while daring greatly. So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who know neither victory nor defeat.

You can play roleplaying games and not be a total failure at life like these people. She's one of three girls minimum (the... entity touching her shoulders and the one to her right) and while she's pretty it doesn't matter, because she's either asexual, she only gets off to (say) self-penned fanfic of 'classy' fedora-suit guy fucking Nightmare Before Christmas hat guy, or she's both. My Bodhran arrived and it is rather large and heavier than I was expecting, I feel like I am holding a shield. Totally awesome though (despite my mum opening the statement CLEARLY MEANT FOR ME HENCE MY NAME ON IT).

had a coupla great days off.

bought Dance yesterday, went to work and chilled there for 3 hours (I work at a waterpark), and I got my bike fixed, so i was able to bike home from work.

Oh, and whilst at work, picked up my paycheck for Canada Day weekend, got overtime (which i didn't expect being seasonal employee, and our owner being a greedy bastard), as well as training pay, so ended up getting 150 bucks more than expected.

got 2 days of work coming up, and then camping this weekend. gonna bring ADWD and White Luck warrior, so plenty of awesome reading to be done.

The internet just got installed in the new flat....and it is fast :p Makes what I was using back home seem like dial-up.

And my girlfriend is coming to stay for a few weeks this Saturday...after not seeing her for nearly 2 months its gonna be awesome.
