Non-State of the Union, State of the Union. :D
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Weeeeee, I'm going home for a few days later. Can't wait. I am going to stuff my face with real cheese and proper sausages and I am going to have a social life! My spirits are being slightly dampened by all of the aeroplanes that have been dropping out of the sky of late.....

Remodeling one of my apartments, tore up 25 year old carpet and...perfect oak hardwood floors underneath. Looks great and i get to save a grand on flooring. ;)
I've always been crazy but its kept me from going insane.

Current girlfriend's ex-boyfriend going off the deep end. Driving her ever closer TO ME.

I mean, literally, the guy is currently convinced that he has been granted magical powers by God. That he has the ability to do such preposterous things as turn on and off lights with his mind, and see the future. He went in to speak to one of his professors about it apparently, too. That's a pretty good way to get your self involuntarily committed...

Hilarious.

Have no fear! You're statistically more likely to be killed by a falling coco nut or a panicked donkey on the loose, than die in an airplane crash. ;)

Coconuts are dangerous, I tell you. Around 150 people are killed by falling cocnuts every year! You are 15 times more likely to be killed by a falling cocnut than being killed by a shark!

I'm happy that there's a word like deliquesce. My cat gifted me with a dead mouse on my back porch yesterday and I may see a mouse skeleton in the next few weeks.
Shaken, not stirred.

TGIF, Frook! Hell yeah.

But it's Satdee-and it's my sisters birthday. Plenty of yummies.

It has been proven beyond all reasonable doubt that the most powerful force on Wu is a bunch of messed-up Malazans with Moranth munitions.

FREEEEDOOOOM!!!

At last.
I got my life back.
The problem with people who have no vices is that generally you can be pretty sure they're going to have some pretty annoying virtues.
