Two things:
First, I've lost 23 pounds in the last 2 months, so the diet & exercise is paying off quicker than I thought it would.

Second, manufacturing finally signed my design package, the bastards had been dragging their feet refusing to sign for the last 3 fricking weeks.

I heard from my aunt who lives up north finally - she made it through the Yasi alright - her house only got minor damage, the yard looks like a bombsight though. She only got access to a phone yesterday.

FOOTBALL IS BACK ON FRIDAY!!!! Well, the NAB cup but still! I can't wait to see Cloke and Tarrant on the same team - I'll probably die from too much sexiness!

So I was all geared up to go to the Erikson book signing in Manchester when I realised I was already gonna be there to spend time with my girlfriend! Argh, can't really go to a geekfest when I hardly see her. I mentioned it to her & just said "Doesn't really matter I'd rather spend the time with you!"
