We have a very enthusiastic teacher but I don't think she really understood what I was talking about when I pitched the idea.
But when I told her that I wanted to write about a site that more less represents the anti-thesis of the Facebook and MySpace culture, she was practically gushing. Which I guess is natural since 80% of the class was doing those kinds of projects.
I told her that the content of the site would be deemed "offensive" in a normal social setting, but that didn't really seem to phase her.
EDIT: I am currently writing a section about the pervasiveness of the internet meme using RIckrolling as the case example. Should I include a youtube link in the notes do you think?
