We have a very enthusiastic teacher but I don't think she really understood what I was talking about when I pitched the idea.

But when I told her that I wanted to write about a site that more less represents the anti-thesis of the Facebook and MySpace culture, she was practically gushing. Which I guess is natural since 80% of the class was doing those kinds of projects.

I told her that the content of the site would be deemed "offensive" in a normal social setting, but that didn't really seem to phase her.

EDIT: I am currently writing a section about the pervasiveness of the internet meme using RIckrolling as the case example. Should I include a youtube link in the notes do you think? :p

Okay so I forgot an l it appears. Strangely enough there doesn't even seem to be any obvious english entries for fallos symbols. Is that not an English term?

Yesterday, I've gotten my hands on a discography of a records studio from the 90's that used to take Ukrainian folk songs and re-arrange them to a techno/dance beat.

Thus, for the last two days i've been in mostly great mood. Because the ridiculousness of teh concept, combined with the nostalgia is just too much to stay in a bad mood.

On top, the bureaucratic issues i've had with my application to volunteer for a pro bono legal clinic have been resolved. Soon, I shall commence working there as well.
I find it awesome to be busy, cuz then you have 0 time to waste or feel bad.

thus, live is amazing. once again, for the umptieth time since beginning of September, I love being back in school.
