Good result there Brood, you had me a bit worried with your text, and had to hurriedly get on BBC (have been out all afternoon) and I thought we'd lost it. So, for making me nearly crap myself, I thank you.

Anyways, I have been out most of the day down to a place called the Ski Lodge and got some marvellous end of season massive sale deals on ski equipment for next year. For the total of £353 I was able to get a pair of skiss, boots to go with it (the bindings have all been fitted to the correct level too) bags to carry the boots and skis, some new gloves and socks (the ones I had previously used had got worn out) poles, and also a handy ski carrier for when out on the slopes. Most of this was reduced by either 40% 0r 50% so I'm flipping pleased by all that! Win!

He spoke briefly about a European X-Men story he is working on, one of the worst comic flooding basement stories I ever heard, and various drinking stories with guys like Raymond Fiest and Stephen King, and a lot on the state of comic conventions, touring, and the difference in writing comics now than 20 years ago.

I can elaborate on some when I am not this freaking tired.

Are you a really big fan?

I'm not a "really big fan" per say. But I regard him as a great storyteller and huge factor in the way the X-men have developed over 2 or 3 decades. As a Teenager I read everything X-men in the Danish comic book market from the 70s-80s up to around the end of the 90s when I gave up comic books. Claremonts work on the X-men is amazing.

There's a ton of stuff I'd wanted to know. For example I think I remember that originally Sabretooth was supposed to have been Wolverines father. I'd have liked to hear his angle on that and what his opinion was of Wolverines (HORRIBLE) Origins story. I'd also want to hear how he feels the whole Jean, Madeline, Sinister stuff turned out.

It has been proven beyond all reasonable doubt that the most powerful force on Wu is a bunch of messed-up Malazans with Moranth munitions.
