Imagine, if you will, a man whose body has betrayed him. A man who has found that eating anything containing dairy products causes severe illness. A man who cannot consume such things as cheese, pizzas, milk, curries, yoghurt, a disturbing amount of sauces and culinary ingredients, cream, ice cream, chocolate (even dark chocolate), chocolate ice cream... A man who has not eaten any of the above without severe pain for, at the utmost minimum, six years. Imagine, please, a man in hell.
Now imagine this man after finally discovering a lactase enzyme supplement that actually provides a positive effect, that allows him to digest at least some amount of dairy products without horrible side effects. Imagine his reaction to being able to eat a cheeseburger once again. To eating slices of pizza without searing agony. To eating a portion of mint chocolate Vienetta ice cream after all this time.
It is glorious.

My dream job position has opened up. One of the full-time Parks guys has shifted to another department. This leaves an opening for a job I've been wanting for 4 years. I applied 4 years ago and as my boss said "Came in second" which is nice but second doesn't get the job! So I'm hoping like hell that all the experience and training I've worked on since then will get me the job. I want it so badly!
Also have two dates this week. One tomorrow and one on Friday. Dating is simultaneously awesome and awful.
