Edit: @ Omtose, I still think you should be able to promise not to block Galain, I think we can trust Galain as far as we can trust anyone else - and it's would be a mutual test of trust - it has to go both ways.

Edit: Also, I have to say, i'd prefer to take a bit of a gamble to win, rather than settle it, with no gamble, for a draw.

The 4th vote would come from triad. If they dont, we'd know they were triad.
If we got it down to 5, I think that Tellan would side with us, rather than give the game to triad. You'd have to ask him though.
