Don't worry, I went for Adebayor, I didn't want to take out Ashley Young, which I would have had to do... and I have enough left so that next gameweek I can put in Cech for Van Der Sar

I will almost certainly forget to predict them at some point... though I might do them now for a few weeks ahead to be safe!

I didn't realise there was an auto-sub thing which meant no Rooney or Cole this weekend since they were both incorrectly listed as injured on friday which was a bit of a shame I think I'll just put my best team on and leave it now i can't really be bothered.

I've also only just realised that Captains get double points!! And here was I having stuck with bloody Rio Ferdinand as captain, when Torres could have been getting me over 20 points a week! GAHH!!!!!

My team is shit! I thought I'd cracked this fantasy football lark after I did well last season. My other 8 seasons of fantasy football all ended in mid table obscurity, at best. Clearly last season was the exception to the rule rather than the herald of the new world order that I hoped for

Im still a fantasy football virgin...this is my first time...lets hope it stops hurting sometime soon, and i begin to enjoy it more as time goes on

After disappointing me again, Ive finally takes Afonso Alves out. I could have taken the injured Deco or Do-Heon instead, but no. And in what can only be described as a moment of madness, with 8.5mil to spend on a replaement striker, cheapness won through and I bought Kevin Davies for 6mil instead. Why?!?
