I forgot about Lucifer during the first season because it was a travesty of a TV adaption.

Watching Ragnarok S1. I watched like 30 some minutes of ep 1 when it was new but I stopped. Well I see there are new episodes on now so I went back. Iím now on ep 4. Itís getting better but that took a bit to get interesting. Tell yíall what though the landscape shots get me hard. All those mountains and snow are just alien to my flat and green world. Itís magic to look at, to bad I will never see it in person.

I have bashed through almost all 5 of the seasons available on Netflix of SUPERSTORE (The 6th season is not yet on CDN Netflix). You know this has fast become one of my fave shows, it's just really fun to watch, and there have been some FUNNY episodes. And I like everyone to varying degrees for different reasons, but Cheyanne is still my favourite.

There's one ep where Bo comes to work as a Seasonal employee and is wearing a shirt with someone giving the middle finger and the finger is also a dick...and he spends the rest of the episode wearing a Minions shirt as a result and I could not stop laughing. I don't know why.

Made it to S2 ep 1 of Ragnarok. As I already said it took a bit to get going but itís been pretty snappy as of S1 Ep 4.

I can say a solid reco and my gawd that landscape is just straight up gorgeous. Morgoth you live in a beautiful place.

Hells to the yes! Mr Inbetween returned for season 3.

The promotional poster is rad.

Found out this 3rd season will be the last season. And the way the season opens in the first two episodes you can tell it is going to be the last season and it seems like it won't be a happy ending. Hope I'm wrong.

Finally started watching Mare of Easttown. First thought: wow this is depressing. Second thought: but wait, that spoiler I inadvertently saw---the headline about
Spoiler
---oddly enough seems to be making it more bearable...

the GF and I both really enjoyed Mare of Easttown. Very worth the watch all the way. It is depressing in its way, but also deeply human with lots of warmth and kindness spread through.

i just can't muster any enthusiasm for hours of television produced with the express purpose of depressing me.

She went and she left me like litter. She took all future summers with her. I lost all my money cuz I tried to bribe her. Now I can only afford an amateur sniper.

Aside from the accent, Mare's facial expressions / body language remind me a lot of my aunt (from rural Pennsylvania though, not Delco...).

I started watching Mare too, coincidentally enough. It's grim, but it's got its lighter moments too (at least 3 eps in). I don't think it's as depressing as, say, Mystic River, but maybe that's yet to come.

Anyway, between all her HBO shows and Fargo on FX, Jean Smart is really having a renaissance huh!

They came with white hands and left with red hands.

Finished Sweet Tooth. I ďthink?Ē it may have been brilliant but itís weird as fuck. Itís also dark and brutal with light and heart.

I hope others watch it. Will be kinda pissed off if S2 isnít made.

Started Shadow and Bone... first impression---aside from the main character it's a lot of indistinct mumbling + excessively loud background noise. What is wrong with these audio engineers....

[Edit: it gets a bit better but still, if I turn it up enough to hear what many of them are mumbling the background noise frequently becomes painfully loud. Bet they're losing a non-negligible % of their potential audience with the atrocious audio levels in those opening scenes.]
