Anyone watching 'Walking Dead' on AMC(USA)?

I don't get it... why don't they just use a couple bats, kill like 100 zombies a day, while being watched by people with guns in case you start to get overwhelmed?

Zombie clearing squad, eventually they would all be dead. Or you bundle up and head north until the first snows, at which point the water in a zombie body freezes, expanding, and causing their bodies to gently explode (ha!) and be destroyed.

Monster Hunter World Iceborne: It's like hunting monsters, but on crack, but the monsters are also on crack.

But it wouldn't be a zombie show without zombies, bro. I think this show would be a teensy bit more logical if the zombies were slightly faster than they are now. Once you have zombies that you're reluctant to fuck with individually, then leaving so many of them ambulatory after the Apocalypse peters out makes sense.

The show's still very nice for the bit of doofy logic. Forgive them this, Obdi.

I flat out loved The Passage and cold weather didn't bother the zombies in that one.

Man, I just finished watching first season of Pushing Daises. Pretty good show. I love the writing, although it seems as if it might get somewhat repetitive. Gotta occupy myself with something while waiting for Doctor Who and Entourage.

If you guys liked Pushing Daisies, you might also like Wonderfalls. I've been watching through that recently and really enjoyed it, very reminiscent in style. Not too surprising because it was made by Bryan Fuller also. Just don't get too attached, because it was another of these shows with a horrendously early cancellation...

Recently started watching Six Feet Under. This show is awesome, Michael C. Hall is fantastic in this.

Watching DVR-backlogged NO ORDINARY FAMILY. Not great, and fairly dumb in spots, but keeping me interested enough to keep going.
OK, I think I got it, but just in case, can you say the whole thing over again? I wasn't really listening.

V is back and it's just as big and stupid and entertaining as it was, notwithstanding plot holes you could fly a Mothership through ...

(hey, that stoned looking kid over there is a tracker, a genetically created hunter lizard dude that can find anyone anywhere but fortunately doesn't have even a primitive human cel phone to call its masters when it does! stop him!! *chase ensues*)

... and it's a total kick to see original series Diana again.

I wish for one thing and one thing only in this series... a knock down, drag out, full blown fistfight between Anna and Erica that ends with Erica ripping off Anna's stabbytail and strangling her with it.

I love "The Big Bang Theory" so very, very much. It and "Chuck" are tied my favorite on-air shows right now.

Now all the friends that you knew in school they used to be so cool, now they just bore you.
Just look at em' now, already pullin' the plow. So quick to take to grain, like some old mule.

Except for her creepy plastic surgery face *shudders*

I dunno, good cast notwithstanding, I think I'm about done with V. It's getting a bit exhausting to pretend the rapidly accruing plot improbabilities aren't there.

In other TV news, Syfy is doing a marathon of 60s-era Green Hornet TV series all day tomorrow, I'm all set to DVR it.

Also enjoying THE GOOD WIFE. At least Julianna Margulies knew when to quit on the plastic surgery *shudders again at memory of Jane Badler*

Don't worry. They'll just cut to more gratuitous shots of Lisa in her underwear to make you feel better.

Last nights ep may have featured the stupidest three or so minutes of television in the history of television since Fonzy jumped the shark, without the redeeming feature of at least featuring a passing shark.

What. The Fuck. Was that soul thing? Seriously????

Did someone actually write that, read it back and think 'Oh yeah, that's some solid tv scriptagenating right there!'?
How did the actors not vomit blood just reading that crap?
How did the crew not revolt?
How did my tv not implode from the stupid???

Wow... i'm actually in awe of how bad that was...

And to compound things, thirty or something years of special effects later, the 'Anna eats a rat' thing actually looked WORSE than the original 'Diana eats a rat' moment it was riffing on.

Tho the 'vomit the digested rat into the baby's head' thing was gloriously gross.

New Archer in about a week. Someone mentioned it a few pages back...Archer rules.

I've found the current season of The Office (7) to be a REALLY strong return to form after the last two semi-blah seasons. They really pulled out the stops and started doing crazy shit, and somehow the show is super funny again. [Cue Gabe playing 'soundscapes' as Andy pukes over the toilet: "It's beautiful!"]
We sail in and out of Time, then back again. There is only one ship, the captain says. All the ships we hail between the galaxies or suns are this ship.
