Damn this movie looks effing good!

I quote the guys at JoBlo:

Suggested formula for a hit movie:

Take hot young star Shia LaBeouf and reunite him with DJ Caruso, the director of his breakout leading role DISTURBIA. Pair The Beef with supercutie Michelle Monaghan. Throw in a bunch of guns and car chases, major property damage, maybe some poker.

Randomly add in, let's say... Billy Bob Thornton and Rosario Dawson. A dash of Ethan Embry. Stir in scenes that resemble ENEMY OF THE STATE, SEVEN, ALIAS and DIE HARD WITH A VENGEANCE. Oh, and get the writers of TRANSFORMERS and Steven Spielberg to produce it.

Presto! EAGLE EYE!

Check out the second trailer below.

Am I the only person that thinks Shia LaBeouf is a cunt?

I can't fault any of his performances (Besides swing through the trees with monkeys), But I hate the guy.

Otherwise the movie looks awesome.

I like Shia Lebouf, he's not the actor Leonardo DiCaprio was at his age, but at least I don't want to beat him to death with a salmon.

Shia LaBeouf

Stopped reading here.
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Yeah, he gets his ass handed to him by a robot, then Will Smith steals his motorbike.

Spoilers, by the way.

Sorry, I hadn't realised that not everyone would have seen the DVD cover, or the adverts, yet.

This looks good. I am still up in the air about if i want to fish-slap Lebouf or not. I enjoyed Transformers, but had that weird feeling that someday I would end up hating this guy. I'll be decided after I see Indy 4 most likely.

I don't understand the Shia hate. I think he's okay.

I don't have the hate yet, I just see the potential for it. Completely irrational.

I love Shia LaBiffstew. I just need to see him in a truly serious role. Perhaps this film will be it.

Untill then I can say that I loved him in Transformers and Indiana Jones.
